We want to ensure that our customers are satisfied. 

in the event that an item is unavailable, so you can rest assured that you will always receive a curated box of equal value and quality. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order, and contact us with any questions or concerns you may have

                                     Marketing

Taupe Box Co. reserves the right to include our logo on the outside/inside each gift. We also reserve the right to publish finished products on our website and social media.

                                     Damages

Products and packaging may shift during delivery and this is not considered damage or a defect.  If there has been damage to your gift during delivery, please contact us immediately. In the unfortunate event of damaged products, we require notification within 48 hours of delivery.  For products damaged during shipping, please keep all original packing material for courier inspection in order to file a claim with our shipper.

                                      Food Allergy Disclaimer

All  clients are encouraged to read food product labels before consuming.  Any non-labeled food always has the risk of possible allergen contamination.  Taupe box Co. will not assume liability for any reactions to food consumed, including labelled and non-labelled food products.
